Since 2021, Nerdz Services has grown from a high-quality concrete coatings company into a full service home enhancement brand trusted across Phoenix for everything from pressure washing and window cleaning to epoxy floors, permanent LED lighting, and maintenance free pergolas. Founded by Wyatt Barton, a Minnesota native with deep roots in the contracting world, Nerdz was built on a legacy of hard work, honesty, and an obsession with detail.

After relocating to Phoenix to follow in his father’s footsteps, Wyatt set out to raise the standard for home services one job at a time. What started as a concrete coatings company quickly became something bigger: a team of skilled professionals dedicated to clean, bright, and protected homes all across the Valley.

Born and raised in the heart of Arizona, I’ve always had a passion for bringing people’s dreams to life. Whether it’s transforming a house into a home or helping clients add lasting value to their property, I take pride in delivering results with integrity and care.
